Silver65 is an events company that serves the senior community. We offer everything from high tea socials to dating events to Bunco nights and chair yoga. We are a proponent of the active aging movement and committed to changing the stereotype of what it means to be “old”! Seasoned adults can be dynamic, adventurous, humorous, wise…the list goes on. We honor that.

We also maintain strong relationships with local businesses in the Chicagoland area. Through these partnerships, we are grateful to be able to offer discounts on products and services to our seniors.

No! Our newsletter is FREE, as is joining our growing Facebook community “Chicago Golden Age Community 60+”.

Please note, there is sometimes a ticket fee to some of our events. Proceeds go to our hard working event organizers and local partnerships to offer the best quality experiences for our members.

At this time, we only serve the Chicagoland area. We hope to eventually expand so stay tuned and sign up for our newsletter!

We do not have a permanent location. We hold pop up events and partner with local businesses to give our seniors a high quality social experience.

Depends on who you ask! Medicare says 65 years but our event attendees are typically age 60 or above.

We have a three tiered ranking system for our events. We know every person is unique in energy levels so we let our members know the intensity of the event beforehand.

We pride ourselves on inclusivity, so if you feel you identify as a “seasoned” individual in this journey of life, welcome to the club!

Most of our events are wheelchair accessible. If an event is not wheelchair accessible, it will always be noted in the event’s details.

In addition, any exercise classes are taught by instructors who are highly skilled in working with the senior population.
